While we understand and appreciate that you are bringing a great expansion to the world of Guild Wars 2, some bad decisions have been made in regards to what you have chosen to offer with this expansion

1. With release of a new character class, a character slot should be included in all expansion package levels.  Without this your customer base will not be able to experience the full content and all the hard work you put into creating the new class without deleting hard earned characters or spending even more money.

2. Create a HoT expansion only purchase option.  When you sell the original game and the HoT expansion combined together, it is called a "bundle".  Your customer base does not want to purchase a product that they have already purchased.
