This year at Upper Arlington High School, over 50 senior students have been cheated out of receiving a parking space. We students have patiently waited throughout our high school career to finally have a parking space. It is difficult to watch the classes that came before us have the privilege of their own parking spot- it is finally our turn and we have no parking space to call our own. As students, we understand that there is obvious space limitations within the school parking lots, however, our proposed solution is to create designated/numbered spots on the streets within the school's property. Many students who have previously had parking spots in the past were given the privelage once again, while most have never had a spot to begin with. This also applies to incoming seniors for years to come. We should all be equals as senior students and justly receive the parking spaces that we had signed up for.
