Recent floods and wildfires remind us of the dangers of climate change. We are at a crisis point, and need our politicians to take it seriously. Our children and grandchildren's security and prosperity depends on it.

There is a way forward. By investing in new technologies, pricing pollution, and phasing out coal power, we can fix this crisis and ensure a livable future for future generations.

Sadly, many politicians are more interested in the next election than our grandchildren's futures. They would rather say yes to oil lobbyists than stand up for a children and grandchildren's futures.

Therefore, we call on all Canadian politicians to put forward plans - based on input from scientists, not oil lobbyists - to meet our emission reduction targets, and ensure a livable future for our children and grandchildren.
