With the announcement of Everquest Next the gaming world is excited for a new game that will change how we play MMO games.

SOE has announced that Everquest Next will have an "Open Development Process" which lets players help shape the game as it is developed.

However with all these announcements it seem that SOE has neglected their European customers. Having a thirdparty company (ProSiebenSat.1) manage their customers and games in the EU.

Previously EU customers have expressed their negative feelings towards ProSiebenSat.1 Sat in their management of games like DCUO and their management of accounts.

Looking at the Everquest Next EU site players will quickly see that its a degraded version of the US version. Links not working, wrong pictures for youtube movies. And one of the key aspects of Roundtable not available to EU players.

Having had a SOE account for many years I'm sad to have to open a new account with a third party company, which does not seem to do their job properly. Also having to use the US website with my SOE account to be able to join in on Roundtable make it seem like the EU playerbase of Sonys current and upcoming games are being left behind by the US playerbase.

We want to stop this. SOE is a large company that has previously had no problems handling games and accounts in the EU. We want SOE to take back their licenses and start managing their games and accounts in the EU for a more streamlined processes between the EU and US websites and games.
