Thanks to you, and all of our fellow New Yorkers who are standing-up to protect the unborn by signing this petition, urging lawmakers in Albany to REPEAL the RHA, we have over 2,000 signatures!

In less than a month, since this inhumane bill was signed into law by Governor Andrew Cuomo, THOUSANDS of us have answered the call to express outrage at the law's blatant disregard for the HUMAN right to life, particularly for 3rd trimester babies left most vulnerable by the RHA!

So egregious is this new abortion law, we're now witnessing  a national re-awakening of the American conciousness on this most important and controversial issue, in favor of PROTECTING the lives of the unborn.

But there is much work to do!

PLEASE continue to SHARE this petition (when it receives 1 million signatures, I'll request an in-person meeting with the Governor to present it) and CALL AND FAX YOUR STATE SENATORS/ASSEMBLYMEN urging them to propose NEW legislation, that would effectively strike-down the RHA!

It begins with our state Senators and Assemblymen and we MUST make them ACT!!!  The only way to do that, is call and fax, en masse!  Once a new bill (and it could be in next year's legislative session) passes both houses, it will go on to the Governor for signature.
