It is a year ago today, on June 6th, 2021, that I was falsely arrested, it feels much longer than that because so much has happened since then. Although I cannot discuss the false arrest because it is now in pending litigation, I can and will discuss the petition that I have initiated calling on the elected NYS legislators to commence an impeachment inquiry on NYS Justice ANNA CULLEY for her violations of State and Federal laws.
Article VI, Section 23 of the New York State Constitution provides for the “Removal of certain judges and justices by legislature; by senate on recommendation of governor.:
§ 23. a. Judges of the court of appeals and justices of the supreme court may be removed by concurrent resolution of both houses of the legislature, if two-thirds of all the members elected to each house concur therein.”
As both a victim of, and a witness to, Judge Anna Culley’s violations I have taken action to assert my First Amendment rights to petition the government for a redress of grievances. I ask you to join me in demanding accountability since it is the only way to uphold the integrity of our courts and to ensure equal justice for ALL. Action that we can take includes reading, signing and circulating the petition as well as calling and emailing the NYS Assembly members and NYS Senators demanding that they follow the NYS Constitution and draft and serve an Order to Show Cause for the purpose of bringing an Impeachment inquiry against Justice Anna Culley as soon as possible and before December 31, 2028, which is the expiration of her elected term in office.
