After GUSTAS SHEHA aka Gus Sheha used his corporation TARATSA LLC to purchase the falsification of material facts by NYS Justice ANNA CULLEY in order to steal $9 Million of NYC real estate it is now reported that “David Eng through the entity 67 Fourth Avenue LLC paid $3.8 million to Gustas Sheha through the entity Katikos LLC” (PincusCo Media/ pincusco.com) -May 18, 2022.
This transaction was payment for the 7-unit walkup located at 38 Schermerhorn Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201. It is important to follow the money because real estate investor GUSTAS SHEHA, prior to this real estate transaction, has engaged in theft of property with the help of his Attorney Andreas Vasilatos and NYS Justice ANNA CULLEY.
Taxpayers should not be subsidizing this:
Article VI, Section 23 of the New York State Constitution provides for the “Removal of certain judges and justices by legislature; by senate on recommendation of governor.:
§ 23. a. Judges of the court of appeals and justices of the supreme court may be removed by concurrent resolution of both houses of the legislature, if two-thirds of all the members elected to each house concur therein.”
As both a victim of, and a witness to, Judge Anna Culley’s violations I have taken action to assert my First Amendment rights to petition the government for a redress of grievances. I ask you to join me in demanding accountability since it is the only way to uphold the integrity of our courts and to ensure equal justice for ALL. Action that we can take includes reading, signing and circulating the petition as well as calling and emailing the NYS Assembly members and NYS Senators demanding that they follow the NYS Constitution and draft and serve an Order to Show Cause for the purpose of bringing an Impeachment inquiry against Justice Anna Culley as soon as possible and before December 31, 2028, which is the expiration of her elected term in office.
