
A real estate investor has paid to acquire the illegal orders and judgements of NYS Judge ANNA CULLEY for the purpose of transferring MILLIONS of dollars of NYC real estate UNDER COLOR OF LAW.
Judge ANNA CULLEY is FORCING NYC residents out of their homes, into the shelter system and onto public assistance at the request of real estate investor GUSTAS SHEHA aka GUS SHEHA in order to facilitate illegal transfers of property.
Judge ANNA CULLEY ran on both the Republican and Democratic tickets and won her judgeship unopposed. She was elected in 2014 for a term that expires on December 31, 2028.
Call the elected officials of New York State and tell them that taxpayers should NOT be subsidizing Judge ANNA CULLEY’S illegal activities, she needs to be IMPEACHED and removed from the bench IMMEDIATELY. My daughter and I were made homeless because NYS JUDGE ANNA (SEMINERIO) CULLEY denied us our due process by falsifying material facts on her judgements and orders and NYC Sheriff Goscicki arrested me on false charges on February 1, 2022 in order to facilitate and knowingly execute the illegal eviction. My daughter and I have been caught up in the nightmare of our abuser since I filed for divorce in May of 2016. THE BACKGROUND:
My husband (Business Agent Teamsters Union Local 813) paid his lawyer to lie to the court about our $4 million rental property in Brooklyn, 191 State Street, Brooklyn, NY and then he used that lie to get the judge to evict me and our daughter from our $1 million home in Queens, the home that we bought together 27 years ago in 1995. Instead of starting her Spring Semester at the University she is attending, my daughter and I will be going to a homeless shelter…all because of the crimes of my Teamster husband JOHN SHEHA, his lawyer Attorney ANDREAS VASILATOS, the judge ANNA (SEMINERIO) CULLEY and my husband‘s brother, GUSTAS SHEHA who financed the fraud through his corporation TARATSA LLC. Law Enforcement Officials have outrightly REFUSED to investigate and take action to hold this NYS Judge, and her accomplices, accountable for violating our laws, denying me my due process by falsifying material facts on her judgements and subsequent orders and for abuse of process in issuing Orders of Contempt of court and eviction orders for her favored litigants under color of law. Judge Anna Culley facilitated the theft of property worth $9 Million by generating an enforcement order for the NYC Sheriff’s department case #22001481 Court Index/Docket #6019/2016 after committing FRAUD AGAINST THE COURT IN THE ORIGINAL ORDER!
NYS Judge Anna Culley lied on page 4, paragraph 3 of the “Judgement of Divorce”, in the matter under Index Number 6019/2020 where she stated that, it is "Ordered and Adjudged that the property located at 191 State Street, Brooklyn, New York is the separate property of Defendant and not subject to equitable distribution;"; Judge Culley made this order in spite of the documentary evidence of the LIFE ESTATE DEED of the property of 191 State Street, Brooklyn, New York 11201, which is recorded publicly on ACRIS and clearly refutes her order. By wittingly making this misrepresentation of material fact Judge Anna Culley denied me my Constitutional right to due process and, in turn, violated the following laws:
18 USC Section 1001, Statements; 18 USC Section 1621, Perjury; 28 USC Section 1746, Written Statements; 18 USC Section 2(a)(b) Principals, in Grand Larceny and Fraud Upon the Court; 18 USC Section 242, Color of Law Deprivation of Civil Rights; 18 USC 371 Conspiracy to defraud the United States through Fraud Upon the Court; 18 USC 1951, Interference with commerce by threats or violence; NYS Article 175.35, False Written Statements; NYS Article 175.40, Issuing a False Certificate; NYS Article 496.06, Public Corruption; NYS Article 210.15, Perjury; NYS Article 210.40, Making an Apparent False Statement; NYS Article 210.50, Written Decision; NYS Article 105.10, Conspiracy in the Fourth Degree;
Under federal law, this misrepresentation of material fact renders all of Judge Anna Culley’s judgements and orders in the matter under Index Number 6019/2016 as null and void, unlawful and unenforceable due to the inherent Fraud Upon the Court, “a decision produced by fraud on the court is not in essence a decision at all never becomes final.” See 11 Wright and Miller, Federal Practice and Procedure §2870 at 409 (1995)(quoting Kenner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, 387 F. 2d 689, 691 (7th Cir. 1968)).
On November 9, 2021 I was served with another order, a Civil Contempt of Court order, issued by Judge Anna Culley ordering me to vacate my home within thirty days, by December 8, 2021, and if I fail to vacate my home she has ordered that the “Sheriff of the City of New York, Queens County is directed forthwith to remove plaintiff from the premises pursuant to RPAPL 221…”
The fraudulent eviction order was served on Friday, January 21, 2022 at approximately 10:22 am and executed by NYC Deputy Sheriffs on February 1, 2022, making me and my college age daughter homeless. In order to remove me from my home, the Deputy Sheriff arrested me on false charges of Obstruction of Governmental Administration Penal Law 195.05 while issuing a summons for me to appear in Criminal Court on February 17, 2022. The false charge of OGA in the 2nd degree was dismissed on the summons day, As per the Criminal Court, “As of the above referenced date, the NEW YORK STATE POLICE has failed to file a legally acceptable accusatory instrument with this court. There is no need for you to return to court on the summons number referenced above.” Summons #4446111139. However, my daughter and I remain homeless because of the fraudulent actions of the government agents that were involved in this illegal eviction, from the Judge to the NYC Sheriffs Department.
This was the second time that I was falsely arrested for standing up for my rights. The first time took place on June 6, 2021 by the NYPD of the 111th Precinct and is currently in litigation.

Since the illegal eviction it has also come to my attention that Real estate Broker Judy Markowitz of Energized Realty Group, along with her real estate salespeople, Jessica Huang and Theodora Nakos, has listed my home located at 214-04 86th Avenue, Queens Village, New York11427for sale under MLS # 3383153 on Energized Realty Group’s website, on Facebook, on Zillow.com and on other websites. Judy Markowitz has listed my home for sale without my consent and without justification, using the fraudulent order of NYS Judge Anna Culley. I have filed a complaint with the New York State Attorney General’s office on March 24, 2022 and with the Federal Trade Commission on April 3, 2022 notifying them of the wire fraud , the real estate fraud and the violations of NYS trespassing laws.
In addition, Judge ANNA CULLEY’S fraudulent orders have had a direct bearing on the latest news story as published in the New York Post involving my property located at 191 State Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201 and the actions of GUSTAS SHEHA aka GUS SHEHAS, my brother-in-law, in this developing story:

GUS SHEHA is NOT an owner of 191 State Street, Brooklyn, NY, he is a liar and a thief, he lied to the New York Post and to Madison Cowan. He STOLE that property from me and my daughters UNDER COLOR OF LAW. GUS SHEHA, along with his corporation TARATSA LLC, was the LITIGATION FUNDER that paid his Attorney ANDREAS VASILATOS to lie to the court in the matter under INDEX number 6019/2016 and NYS Judge ANNA CULLEY then falsified the material facts regarding 191 State Street, Brooklyn going AGAINST the evidence of the LIFE ESTATE DEED of 191 State Street Brooklyn. The Judge then used the falsified material facts to order that 191 State Street, Brooklyn is the separate property of my husband JOHN SHEHAS, the LIFE ESTATE DEED refutes this. This is not the first time that GUS SHEHA has committed real estate fraud.
On February 1, 2022 my daughter and I were made HOMELESS. NYC Deputy Sheriff Goscicki illegally removed me from the home that I own. NYS JUDGE ANNA CULLEY evicted me and my daughter from our $1 million home in Queens, which my husband and I purchased 27 years ago in March of 1995.
