Every time we dont pay attention to your mail  and u receive a toll fee of $1.75 you receive a $100.00 late fee. If your toll fees add up to $40.00 in accumulated tolls. Their late fees are about $900.00. That is highway robbery. Let's stop this, they are robbing the people. We battle poverty and they just keep taking! At this point in the pandemic we are going thru , I have miss placed my mail for  about 10 days. I called ez pass and they arent working full time and cant get a hold of them. Now this means I cant dispute the charge and it's not fair that I cant pay my tolls. And when I do finally get a hold of them it becomes "too late to dispute". They force your hand and make you make the payment, Or they will cancell your  vehicle registration. 

Even if you have been a ezpass member for years even while the tolls where charged, do they not forgive the fees. They have robbed me on over $3500.00  in fees alone.. and I have been with ezpass for over 6 years.
