On the 5th of March 2018 Aussie Farmers Direct went into vulantary administration & liquidation. 

During the liquidation sale YourGrocer.com.au purchased the customer data information from Korda Mentha so as to get as much value out of the liquidation process as possible.

YourGrocer.com.au were then given the customer names, addresses, home phone numbers, mobile numbers & email addresses for over 1.1million Aussie Farmers Direct customers, both old & existing. It has now been shown from posts on FaceBook that they also purchased all of the customer details associated with the Aussie Farmers Direct FB page so everyone that had previously liked the AFD FB page is now receiving promotional material from YourGrocer.com.au mascarading as Aussie Farmers Direct.

Aussie Farmers Direct closed their side of the business owing 4 weeks worth of wages to all the Franchisees who purchased into the business with the 1 purpose in mind, to support Australian Farmers in getting a fair farm gate price. YourGrocer.com.au have advertised through the AFD FB portal showing that they will be purchasing through local suppliers & not from the Australian Farmers which was the main factor that made AFD such a loved business. 

After looking into the suppliers that YourGrocer.com.au will be using the entire ethos of 100% owned, grown & processed Australian businesses is not being kept by YourGrocer.com.au

For these reasons alone I demand that the Aussie Farmers Direct FB pg be removed so as to not deceive families into thinking that the company is back up & running fully supporting 100% Australiain Farmers & businesses. 

If YourGrocer.com.au wants to continue to direct market their business through FB to previous AFD customers then this must Ben done under their own FB page.
