Publishers Clearing House has been feeding off the hopes of people too long whilst dodging actually handing out prizes by hiding behind "odds". They advertise multi-million dollar prizes with adverts that swear you are going to win but you most likely won't even win a smaller prize. They always say "Oh, well, we're handing out a million dollars so that's okay" which shows that they just don't want to pay the large pay out. I think they should be required by law to have a winner when such time and effort is put in to advertising the large prizes. However, since that is unlikely to happen, the PCH users must push it to start acting professionally and accept responsibility for the prizes it offers. They are a multi-hundred million dollar corporation thanks to us after all. Requiring a winner will cement the PCH name and will most likely bring even more business in since there would technically be a greater chance of actually winning. Stop hiding behind technicalities PCH! Require winners!
