Once again we need your help. We can not file the representation petition until we have the required number of cards. We are not in a position to file the representation petition.  

The time to file a representation petition will end soon. Once the memorandum of agreement is signed ( MOA ) you will be bared from filing a representation petition. 

We need you to reach out to 2 – 3 parole officers by forwarding this email with the link below. We must receive the online authorization cards by tomorrow so we can file the representation petition.

Completing the online authorization only gives you the OPPORTUNITY to make a choice. We have to go through the process to get you to an election. Only then can you decide who you want to represent you. Without the authorization cards you have no choice and continue with the current representation.

Your current union is providing you with misinformation about LEEBA because they can not stand and fight based on their record of service to you. At the end of the day it is your choice to decide who you want to represent you.  

Without the simple process of completing an online authorization card you will have no choice. If you are ok with the status quo then ignore this email. If you want to have a choice to make a change then please help by getting other people to complete the online authorization form.
