During this crucial time period, we ask that you reach out to your fellow Parole Officers who have not signed an authorization card, and encourage them to sign one as soon as possible.

Progress is impossible without change, and those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything. Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time.
