Unfortunately, we did not obtain enough signatures to file a represenation petition with the Public Employment Relations Board (PERB) in November 2019. We missed our mark by approximately 50 signatures.

Fortunately, the fight is not over yet. Your current union has not signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) at present. This gives us more time to collect new signatures.
