All over the state, innocent dogs are grossly abused, tortured, and killed by heartless people. These dogs are sick with numerous diseases, often have broken limbs that are improperly healed, and are simply euthanized without ever getting the chance to have a real, happy, and healthy life. Tell Governor Cuomo to shut down puppy mills across the state, and arrest their owners now! It's past time we stood up for the ethical treatment of dogs in our state.
