Ez pass replenish threshold system is non effective at all. Based on system explanation it will setup a threshold on account based on previous usage. What if a person used $2000 in tolls in one month and then will use $50 for the next year?

Ill give me as an example. I'm a cab driver and I used about $1000 in tolls last month, which is unusual for me. I usually spend about $50. Now to re-up my balance EZ set a threshold on $260. $260 will last me for more then 5 months which is insane. I don't want to pay this kind of money upfront.

Whats more insane if I decide to quit my job tomorrow, i'l still have $300 which I probably wont use for the next 2-3 years.

I want to choose the amount myself. Remove the whole threshold system. It's just a way to collect more money for the useless MTA.
