The present Animal Care and Control in Manhattan is killing healthy, adoptable cats and dogs at an alarming rate under the direction and full approval of one Risa Weinstock. She has made promises of improvements..none are forthcoming-- she is an appointee of a former administration that no one either wanted or liked,which is the only reason she is currently there. We are demanding the ousting of Risa WEINSTOCK as director of ACC in NYC and request that a new administration, enforced by the state, not the city, preside. Animal lovers are not putting up with the killing of these animals any more. WE DEMAND ACTION-
