We the People demand that Qualified Immunity be repealed completely from New York State Law.

Qualified Immunity, which protects not only cops but all government officials from legal action, endangers the integrity of our government. Because Qualified Immunity shields Public Servants from accountability on a civil level, it is that clause that might inhibit them to act improperly knowing they are protected personally.

How can we expect our leaders and appointed officials to act in the Peoples best interest if they are not held accountable for their actions? This is why We the People are asking you to sign this petition to end Quality Immunity and put accountability on those we trust with our liberty.
