This past January 1 2016, Texas became the 45 state to allow open carry. Florida is poised to become the 46 state to allow open carry for its citizens. It is time to allow New York's law abiding citizans the same right as most of our country--The right to open carry! The United States Constitution does not restrict open carry. New York's government is infringing on our right to carry our guns openly.
