Curro Monaghan Phase 1 Completion Delays - Enough is Enough!

Curro Monaghan Phase 1 Completion Delays - Enough is Enough!
The Issue
With reference to the continued delays of completion of the school phase 1 and various concerns regarding the state of affairs at Curro Monaghan Independent School, please be advised that this petition is addressed to the Executive Head at Curro Monaghan Independent School and the Head Curro Holdings.
We face the completion of yet another term done at Curro Monaghan, another start of the year with empty promises and a whole lot of confusion from Curro Monaghan. It is once again extremely disappointing that adults can allow themselves to negative influence the growth, development and ultimately the future of 200 school children currently enrolled at Curro Monaghan Independent School.
Communication received from the Curro Group and Monaghan Farm has always been that Curro Monaghan must at all times follow the rules set out by the Farm to complete the building of the 4-year Project Phase 1. Surely this should have been negotiated and planned when the property was purchased by Curro?
We cannot believe there is another Curro School that has taken in excess of four years to complete and, yet, Curro Monaghan is not even completed up to Phase 1. The excuses from Curro is appalling and for me personally, a slap in the face. Surely as a parent you would always want the best for your children as I do?
There were and, I believe, still are, a number of parents who believe wholeheartedly in the future of Curro Monaghan, who worked tirelessly for the expectation of growth in Curro Monaghan that was promised on various occasions and by various role-players that now just believe that the future of Curro Monaghan are in the hands of various individuals whose only concern is money with absolute disregard for the future and development of the children currently enrolled at Curro Monaghan.
After meeting with the Regional Head of Curro almost a year ago little to no feedback was given to the PAC what Curro’s plans are to finish the first phase and generally empty promises and more confusion as to what the plans were for the future of the School.
Parents who enrolled their children in Curro Monaghan have been patient and quite understanding in regard to the building and progress of the school, from starting in temporary classes to what we have now, but unfortunately our patience has run out.
The PAC and the Parents of the school would please request a detailed report from Curro with confirmed timelines regarding the School buildings and plans for the future and would appreciate feedback in this regard by no later than the 17th of April 2019.
Regards,
