The school is an institution designed to provide learning spaces and learning environments for the teaching of students. The school is where we learn how to write, embrace new knowledge and interact with others. For how many years, the Davao Chong Hua High School is the developing institution and as a part of the progress, the school must always be ready in any disasters. Our group has observed that the school's Safety Plan is not that ready when disasters happen. Our group, The 3C’s which stands for Care, Concern and Consideration aims to strengthen the Safety Plan and wellness of the DCHHS. We will promote awareness and readiness about this problem with the goal of improving the school's Safety Plan.

Preparing for earthquakes involves (1) learning what should be done before, during, and after earthquakes; and (2) doing or preparing to do those things now, before the next quake. School preparedness requires the participation of administrators, teachers, students, and parents, as well as those who design, build, regulate, and maintain school buildings. According to studies, what we want in our life would not be possible if we are not ready. We must know what to do enable to survive for living. We aim to educate the students how to use the equipment properly and the proper things to do during the disaster. This petition wants the best for our school and for the students.
