As we reach this Milestone I wanted to give back to you by providing further insights on why I decided to be the Founder of Vesuvius Coworking and why it belongs in Anderson. When we reach another milestone I will post more about my connection to Anderson and share some stories of the amazing people I have met since being back in town. There are a multitude of reasons Coworking makes sense. Beyond the emotional connections and betterment of business environment there is one big tactical reason that is less apparent. When starting a new business it is hard to be conservative and plan for potential rapid growth at the same time. With Coworking a small team can grow and reduce size base upon market demand WITHOUT breaking a lease or trying to sell a building that was either too big or too small for their evolving needs. That is the primary reason I need Coworking space for my Business and why I decided to be the founder of Vesuvius Coworking. I wanted to return to Anderson the experience I have gained, help it realize the potential that is readily apparent to some and hidden to others.
