That request will be assessed as part of the development application as a whole. We haven’t received the development application yet and no determination on the tree has been made yet (or even started). 

Again, no decision has been made or even started; however, we do anticipate the tree removal to be part of the development application for 231 First Street, which is expected to be submitted in the next week(s)."
