Reunite all Chugiak & Eagle River High School students to Chugiak High School. Move Gruening Middle School to current Eagle River High School building (6th, 7th, & 8th grades), equivalent to Mirror Lake Middle School.  This model will relieve crowding in elementary schools, give more options to our high school students, and give the same opportunities to all our middle school students.
