24238 Rambler Road, Chugiak, AK, 99567 is the perfect place to put a community park for children and families. Recently remediated and now owned by the Municipality of Anchorage, this lot can provide the community with needed playgrounds, and an area to congregate with neighbors.

What was once a crack den, that plagued the community for over 20 years, with theft, illicit drug use, its associated behavior and rackshamble buildings, we now have an opportunity to create a "pocket park" . We can stamp out the old, leave a legacy for children and generations to come that encourages neighbors to come together, and play!

As of right now, there are wonderful facilities in the north peters creek, from ski/hike/bike trails, to hockey rinks, but no place for young kids to thrive. No place for mothers and fathers to swing their children, and no slides. This park could add a wonderful facility to a community that would truly use its facilities.
