We are beyond a moratorium now, we are now seeking that the City of Coachella, adopts an emergency ordinance to keep data centers permanently out of our city.

We urge, the Mayor and the City Council of Coachella, to stand with their community and create these ordinances to protect our environment, our children and our future. 

We request that the Mayor and the City Council work in an urgent manner to ensure that no data center can ever be built, just as they did in Monterey Park.
