My African American family and I were falsely accused of starting a, "roach infestation" at the Home2Suites in Alameda, Ca. I have never had roaches in my life. I found this to be not only a lie, but a demeaning insult and possibly racially provoked. At no time did anyone ever inspect our rooms while we were there the entire time. At no time did I see a roach or evidence of roaches during our entire stay at the hotel. No one from the staff even entered the rooms in question after our arrival, save one employee to help me with a non-working cooktop. They also lied and said that they had to evacuate our entire floor because of it, yet I saw and heard guest on our floor after they told us to leave "immediately". I asked a housekeeper named Ulisa if there were bugs on our floor in the room, then specifically cockroaches. She assured me "no" in an emphatic way.  

!!!PLEASE BOYCOTT THIS HOTEL AND ALL HOTELS UNDER THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY!!!
