Wir fordern Sie auf, endlich Verantwortung bei der Verwaltung Ihrer eigenen Veterinärstation in Mostar, Bosnien und Herzegowina zu übernehmen.
Wir haben Beweise dafür, unter was für schrecklichen Bedingungen die Tiere gehalten werden und was für Qualen sie täglich erleiden müssen.
Wir fordern Sie auf, sich an das seit 2009 geltende Tierschutzgesetz zu halten, welches von der Parlamentarischen Versammlung von Bosnien und Herzegowina und den 42 Vertetern des Hauses im Jahr 2008 genehmigt und verabschiedet wurde.
Im Einzelnen:
1. Wir fordern Sie auf, die regelmäßige Reinigung der Käfige zu garantieren sowie ausreichend Nahrung und sauberes Wasser für die Tiere zur Verfügung zu stellen. Im Winter muss gewährleistet sein, dass die Tiere in geheizten Räumen sind und ausreichend Decken zur Verfügung stehen. Im Sommer muss es ausreichend Schattenplätze für die Tiere geben. Außerdem muss den Tieren täglich Auslauf ermöglicht werden.
2. Wir fordern Sie auf, den Schutt und Müll, sowie die Kadaver der Verstorbenen aus den Käfigen und den Außenbereichen zu entfernen.
3. Wir fordern Sie auf sicherzustellen, dass Impfungen und Sterilisationen/Kastrationen von der Veterinärsstation Veterinarska Stanica Bisce polje in Mostar an den Tieren durchgeführt werden, die gesund genug dafür sind, da diese Station für diese Aufgaben zuständig ist.
4. Wir fordern Sie auf, die Mitarbeiter der Station von ihren Ämtern zu entbinden, die nicht in der Lage sind die nötigen Aufgaben in dieser Station auszuführen und diese durch qualifizierte und zuverlässige Mitarbeiter zu ersetzen, oder die derzeitigen Mitarbeitern zumindest angemessen auszubilden.
5. Wir fordern Sie auf, Adoptionen durch die lokale Bevölkerung zu fördern und ein Volunteer-Programm zu initiieren.
Die Veterinärstation von Mostar, Veterinarska Stanica Bisce polje Mostar, ist eine Schande Europas und zeigt offen die Rückständigkeit Ihrer Kultur und die Korruptheit des Systems.
In einem zivilisierten Land, das Ihre Regierung versucht aufzubauen, ist Tierschutz keine Verhandlungssache.
Daher fordern wir Sie auf ein Management einzusetzen, welches das Wohlbefinden der Tiere gewährleisten kann, oder aber diese Veterinärstation zu schließen.
Die Mauer des Schweigens rund um die Bedingungen der Veterinärstation Veterinarska Stanica Bisce polje in Mostar muss endlich gebrochen werden.
Die ortsansässigen Institutionen tun alles, um vor ihren Bürger zu verbergen, was dort geschieht. Aber sie sind verantwortlich für den Tod und das Leiden, das den Tieren dort täglich widerfährt.
Die Tierschutzorganisationen, nicht nur in Mostar sondern in ganz Bosnien und Herzegowina, brauchen ihre Unterstützung , um dieser Grausamkeit und der Ungerechtigkeit endlich ein Ende zu machen.

Mi tražimo od vas, da konačno preuzmete odgovornostupravljanja vlastitom veterinarskom stanicom u Mostaru.
Mi imamo dokaze o tome, u kakvim groznim uvjetima se drže životinje i kakvim su dnevnim mučenjima izloženi.
Mi vas pozivamo, da se pridržavate Zakona o zaštiti i dobrobiti životinja koji je na snazi od 2009.godine, a koji ja na Parlamentarnoj skupštini Bosne i Hercegovine od 42 zastupnika u 2008.godini odobren i usvojen.
Pojedinačno od vas zahtijevamo:
1. Da garantirate redovito čišćenje kaveza, kao i da ima dovoljno hrane i čiste vode za životinje. Zimi životinje moraju boraviti u grijanim prostorijama, mora im se osigurati dovoljan broj deka, a ljeti trebaju imati dovoljno hladovine. Također, se životinjama treba omogućiti dnevni ispust.
2. Da krš i smeće kao i trupla uginulih životinja uklonite iz kaveza i vanjskog dijela.
3. Da se osigura cijepljenje i sterilizacija/kastracija uVeterinarskoj stanici d.o.o., Bišće polje u Mostar, zašto je i nadležna.
4. Da uposlenike veterinarske stanice zamijenite sakvalificiranim i pouzdanim osobljem, odnosno one koji nisu u stanju obavljati svoje obveze, razriješite sa njihovih pozicija ili ih adekvatno obučite.
5. Da potičete lokalno pučanstvo na usvajanje životinjai pokrenete volonterski program u svezi navedenog.
Veterinarska stanica d.o.o. na Bišću polju, Mostar je sramota Europe i pokazuje zaostalost vaše kulture i korumpiranost sustava.
U civiliziranoj zemlji koja pokušava izgraditi svoju vladuo dobrobit životinja se ne može pregovarati.
Stoga tražimo od vas, da primijenite europski standard koji će garantirati dobrobit životinja, a u protivnom da zatvorite veterinarsku stanicu.

Zid šutnje o uvjetima u Veterinarskoj stanici d.o.o., Bišćepolje u Mostaru mora konačno pasti.
Lokalne institucije rade sve kako bi od građana skrili, što se tamo dešava, ali odgovorni su za uginuća i patnju, koju životinje dnevno doživljavaju.
Udrugama za zaštitu životinja ne samo u Mostaru, nego u cijeloj Bosni i Hercegovini je potrebna vaša podrška, kako bi se obustavio zločin i nepravda.

We ask you to take on your own responsibilities in the management of the Veterinarian Station that was built in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
We have direct and daily evidence that the conditions of the animals held at this vet station are beyond any living being tolerance.
Hence:
We demand you to apply the Law for Animal Protection approved and adopted by the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, House of the 42 Representatives, in 2008 and by the House of People in 2009.
Specifically:
1) We demand you to guarantee the cleaning of the cages, to provide appropriate amounts of food and clean water to the animals of the station. To provide a heating system and blankets during winters. To provide shadowing repairs from the sun during summers. To let dogs walk outside the cages every day.
2) We demand you to remove now all the trash and the carcasses of animals from the cages and from the walking and common areas of the pound.
3) We demand you to guarantee vaccines and sterilizations through the Veterinarska Stanica Biśce polje d.o.o. Mostar, which is in charge of these tasks.
4) We demand you to dismiss from their positions the employees of the Station who are not carrying out their jobs and to hire qualified and reliable people or at least to provide appropriate training to them.
5) We ask you to promote adoption initiatives for the local people and to incentive a volunteer program.
The Veterinarian Station of Mostar, Veterinarska Stanica Biśce polje d.o.o. Mostar, is one of the shames of Europe and openly demonstrates the backwardness of your culture and corruption of your system.
Animal welfare is not a negotiable value in the civilized country that we hope you are trying to build.
Therefore, we demand you to create a management that can absolutely ensure the welfare of the animals in the shelter or to close it down.

We need to break the wall of silence surrounding the conditions of theVeterinarska Stanica Biśce polje d.o.o. Mostar. Local institutions hide to their citizens what happens there, but the death and suffering of animals locked in this pound of atrocities is their own responsibility.
