Americans who seek to liberate their state from Donald Trump to become a Canadian province

Americans who seek to liberate their state from Donald Trump to become a Canadian province
The Issue
We, the American people reject U.S. President Donald Trump's newfound neo-fascistic desire to bully the world which was not a campaign theme he ran on during the U.S. Presidential Election, and seek that our state apply to become a province of Canada based upon the following additional considerations:
1 - As Americans, trillions of our dollars are being consumed into supporting the manufacture of weapons of mass destruction, foreign wars, and imperialist foreign policies like those of "Trump: Version 2" which have depleted the resources that we need to take care of Americans at home. By joining Canada, money which is currently being consumed by an entirely self-serving and oppressive political-military-industrial complex, will be available to rejuvenate our decaying cities and rural areas in the "American Union".
2 - As Americans, our healthcare system has become a commercial profit center of private corporations seeking to exploit the sick. Our state joining Canada will ensure that all people who are currently without healthcare will gain access to a universal healthcare system.
3 - As Americans, our cities specifically, and society in general, have been ravaged by gun and drug violence. Our state joining Canada will enable us to immediately have provincial and federal laws to make our cities and society as safe as Canada's. By joining Canada, our state will no longer be frustrated by a dysfunctional political system. This includes an American constitution and a corresponding system of laws which promotes a gun culture of violence.
4 - As Americans, our states lack the system of transfer payments which enables poor provinces in Canada to benefit from the surplus of richer provinces. Our state joining Canada, will enable our new Canadian province to be eligible to qualify for transfer payments instead of being exploited by Trump's and U.S. Congress' support for an essentially both expansionist and evil political-industrial-military complex.
5 - As Americans, our system of constitutional law fails to recognize that diversity is our strength. Our state joining Canada, will foster a new multicultural dynamic which will bring people of all diversities together toward a harmonious society where everyone can live in peace with each other rather than in a climate of fear and civil strife.
6 - As Americans we recognize that U.S. Congress has become a futile chamber of arguments which has manifested over the years in little good for the American people as a whole. In America, the rich just keep getting richer and the poor have proliferated in tent cities. Gangs and drug violence have been perpetuated by America's elites to keep a growing poor in a constant state of struggle alongside elites who like Trump, live in palatial estates with little concern about the everyday struggles of the masses. Our state joining Canada, will enable us to have a parliamentary system, which will enable us to much more quickly pass policies through a more responsive multi-party system of elected parliamentarians which will result in a better life for everyone.
7 - As Americans, our political system has limited us to a two political party monopoly of "Democrats" and "Republicans". Our state joining Canada will enable the growth of a multi-party system, which will foster better political representation in the Canadian Confederation.
8 - As Americans, the American Constitution has failed to support the quality-of-living objectives of the American people. Our state joining Canadian will enable us to be protected by the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms which supports strong protections for minority rights.
9 - As Americans, we reject Donald's Trump's stated desire to "take Canada through economic force" with the possible use of the U.S. military against Greenland and Panama, as branding a menacing fascism which is a threat to all Americans. That is because throughout history it has been shown that leaders who seek to use coercion in foreign policies also seek to eventually use such coercion against their own citizens. We wish that our state become a province of Canada so that we can become citizens of a country that's respectful of peace and the boundaries of other countries.
10. Our state joining Canada, will empower us to share the history of a Canadian society which constitutionally embraces values of "Peace, Order and Good Government." This will result in a better quality of life for the Americans who become 'New Canadians' like the very first American loyalists who fled from the American Revolution into Canada, seeking a better life for everyone.
11. As new Canadians of a new province, we will become dual citizens, and still be eligible to vote in U.S. elections.
12. As new Canadians of a new province, our family will be able to travel safely more places in the world than an American citizen of an American state because the Canadian maple leaf and passport is welcomed everywhere.
13. As new Canadians of a new province, our family's health will benefit from tighter regulations on food safety and the environment which will support a longer life expectancy.
14. As new Canadians of a new province, we will have access to a modernized urban transit system which will make our cities less congested with car traffic and with better quality air.
15. As new Canadians of a new province, urban decay and despair of our inner cities will be replaced by thriving city centers which are desirable for family life and for the development of festivals which celebrate Canadian multiculturalism.
16. As new Canadians of a new province, we will be joining over one millions Americans already living in Canadian, who have chosen to become Canadians.
17. As new Canadians of a new province, we'll create a more perfect union by being Canadian.
