United America (www.theunitedamerica.org), a grassroots movement, is petitioning the United States government requesting an investigation of our political and medical leaders regarding the COVID-19 policies that have been enacted over the past two years. 

First, we want to express our utmost respect to you all, as our elected officials. We know that leadership can be challenging, particularly while navigating the various issues that the COVID-19 pandemic has brought about. However, as citizens of the United States, we have serious concerns regarding how governmental authority and the medical bureaucracy have seemingly weaponized policy in the context of COVID-19. As you read this petition and hear our sincere concern, we hope you all are encouraged and prompted to take corrective action to rectify our current situation and ensure that American liberty will not be violated in the future.

Over the past year, we have seen an aggressive campaign to create vaccines to combat COVID-19, followed by strong initiatives to vaccinate every adult (and most children) against this virus. At first, this campaign was reasonable, as everyone was initially allowed to make their own decisions on whether or not to be vaccinated. However, what initially seemed to be efforts directed at public safety, quickly turned into coercive tactics to ensure ALL were vaccinated, regardless of whether or not one wanted to be. Such coercion included receiving free lottery tickets, food, money, marijuana, and other “incentives” to entice both adults and children to get vaccinated.

This coercion has permeated the city, state, federal governments, and the private sector--causing individuals to be vaccinated (against their will) or face termination or consequential discriminatory actions. Moreover, since there is documented evidence of millions of fully vaccinated “breakthrough cases,” mandating a vaccine does/did not correlate with fundamental logic, particularly as it pertained to one’s employment and ability to provide for their family. If the fully vaccinated could become infected and transmit the virus, why would there be a mandate to force people to choose between their livelihood (i.e., their jobs), life (concern for significant complications of vaccination), and/or conscience?

Given these findings, the issue has become less about public health and more about governmental over-reach; state and federal officials' exercising of illegitimate authority has created hardships for families. At this stage of the pandemic, some states reveal that the fully vaccinated are testing at higher positive rates and filling hospitals at a higher ratio than the unvaccinated. To add, the demonization and banning of repurposed drugs by medical institutions such as the FDA, CDC, NIH, and even hospitals are appalling. These drugs are proven to be efficacious in multiple studies and effective anecdotally (see list of academic journal articles). These repurposed drugs could have saved hundreds of thousands of lives if protocols were created to utilize them. Moreover, countless testimonies (WXYZ-Channel 7 (Detroit)--Comment Section, 2021), academic research articles (Pantazatos & Seligmann, Oct 2021), and medical databases (National Vaccine Information Center, 2021) have disclosed hundreds of thousands of American lives that have been potentially permanently injured or killed by the mRNA vaccines. Yet, the American people have been repeatedly told that this medical technology is safe and effective. This is unacceptable.

With this being said, we, the people of the United States, request the following:

·      Accountability from our elected officials and medical bureaucrats. Due to unconstitutional and destructive policies, millions of American lives have been ruined through lockdowns, which resulted in job loss, small business closures, increased mental illnesses due to social isolation (Abbott, 2021), etc. Moreover, as noted above, these medical technologies forced on the public have resulted in countless injuries, even deaths, and terminations from employment. We request that the accountability of elected officials and medical bureaucrats come in the following: Criminal investigations (if warranted), termination of employment, statements acknowledging wrongdoing, an apology to the American public, etc.

·      With the VAERS data (used as an early warning system) revealing tens of thousands of injuries and deaths, academic researchers have posited that hundreds of thousands of deaths may be due to these mRNA technologies, and countless personal testimonies have stated the same. We are demanding an investigation of these adverse events. Moreover, we demand an investigation into why the NIH, NIAID, CDC, and FDA have refused to investigate these events and have recommended children be vaccinated while having this information in their possession.

·      We demand an investigation of every medical institution that censored viable medical treatments that have effectively treated COVID-19 (Federal Drug Administration, 2021) (CDC: Do Not Prescribe Ivermectin to Treat Covid-19 | American Academy of Pediatrics, 2021). Censoring the use of repurposed drugs that the FDA has approved (for other diseases) does not make any sense, especially during a pandemic. These drugs have been used billions of times over the decades and have proven safe and effective against treating COVID-19. Yet, the medical establishment has ignored and censored these findings, while the mRNA vaccines are responsible for over a million adverse events within a year.

·      We demand a specific investigation showing the financial disclosures of top-level executives that lead the CDC, FDA, NIH, and NIAID. Since the pharmaceutical companies have profited billions of dollars off these medical technologies (with taxpayer dollars) (Manfredi, 2021), which may have resulted in a vast amount of potential injuries and deaths, the American people need to be assured that there is no collusion between government officials and the private industry that may have resulted in filthy lucre.
