AVMA is supposed to represent the US veterinary profession.It has shown recently that it is completely out of touch with the needs and concerns of the US veterinary profession and has stopped listening to its membership. AVMA needs to;

1.Relinquish its role as a foreign Veterinary School Accreditor

2.Publicly state there is an excess capacity of veterinarians in USA

3.Fund a national ad campaign to encourage pet owners to visit their veterinarian
