ATC is planning on running a 345,000 volt power line right through our subdivision near families, children, and schools while continuing to argue that there are no impacts to health or property values. They have "experts" who say there is no negative link to health by living next to a high voltage power line - but didn't the tabacco industry have similar experts for years and years who told us that smoking was safe, just so they could continue to make money?  There isn't even a need for this extra electricity! The only purpose is to make big profits for the power companies. We have been told that it's useless to fight back because nobody has ever won against these political giants. Your neighborhood could be next. If they decide that going down your street is the cheapest way to get what they want, it is pretty much a done deal. I want to show them that we DO have a say about what goes on in our community and they DON'T have all the power! Please sign my petition to take the Bronner Road option in Middleton, WI off the table for ATC and save our neighborhood.
