Discuss and agree with, then accept prime intentions of the U.S. Constitution
The Issue
The American Legislative Exchange Council, ALEC, is a consolidation of corporations pooling funds to lobby state legislations to adopt various bill, laws, etc. They are working for an Article V convention to propose amendments to the constitution. A part of Article V is that ALL AMENDMENTS MUST HAVE CONSTITUTIONAL INTENT. Convention of States is a grassroots organization of citizens working for an Article V convention.
I have emailed both organizations asking them to dialog about their perceptions of what the most prime constitutional intent is. No response was provided from either.
Article V is the codification of "alter or abolish" from the Declaration of Independence. Americans government is becoming destructive to the unalienable rights of Americans and others indicating Americans have the duty and right to "alter or abolish" their government according to the intent of the constitution derived from the Declaration of Independence.
On December 4, 2014, ALEC sponsored a conference in Manhattan inviting many state legislators. He says one thing to state legislators at around 10 minutes, and another to people concerned about a runaway convention at about 29 minutes.

To state legislators he says "Seventy of you can amend the constitution in two weeks", to the people worried about hijacking he says, "Don't worry, hundreds and hundreds of state legislators and others are making sure it will be done right", or some words to those effects.
ALEC and COS could not be connected in 2011 with web searches. Now it appears they are working together. It is well known ALEC donates to many non profits working for political change, and that they are funded by the Koch brothers who are billionaires involved wit global oil and gas trade as well as massive American industry.
Americans need to be certain that these two organizations understand that the constitution serves the people not corporate profits and their grasp of constitutional intent is what will show that to us, the American people.
