Although hiring practices throughout the airline industry have progressed, minorities are still often faced with racism/discrimination in their workplace. To be treated unfairly by passengers is one thing, but to experience it from coworkers is another. In order to achieve a cohesive work environment it must be addressed and dealt with accordingly by the company.
