Vader an 11 year old American Stanford shire terrier who is illegally going to be euthanize with out a hearing or any type of investigation. The Incident happened January 24, 2020 ask my wife was walking our dog Vader on a leash a small Yorky popped out of the bush without a leash lose and started approaching our dog Vader was startled and went on self defense mode to protect my wife unfortunately does Yorky that was loose and without a leash running in our apartment complex was Injured but not disease till 10-15 minutes the owner of the Yorky didn’t do anything just stood there and watch the dog die. Everything would’ve been prevented if the owner of the Yorky would’ve had the dog inside her house or with the leash. Animal control came on took the dog away and was told a lie about by animal control and was told he was going to Be rehabilitated and released to a animal rescue but yesterday I contact the Lieutenant retracting my owner surrender but he denied it and has send him to be euthanized tomorrow Does dog has never had an incident in his life Vader is registered Vader is fixed not a vicious pitbull a family dog so please help us sign this petition so we can get paid around out of animal control because animal control doesn’t care about the animal is only cares about putting them down not helping them.
