Phase 1 & 4 Have Durham Garbage Pick-Up But Not Phases 2 & 3

Hey Everyone,

There's a larger issue at play...that get's even more disconcerting.  Phase 1 (https://condos.ca/whitby/triumph-phase-i-1-67-pallock-hill-way has the same street composition as phases 2 and 3, yet we are excluded from Durham garbage pick-up due to an "agreement" that the City has with Highmark homes developer -- there's a larger issue at play.  I have requested a copy of the agreement from the City and I am awaiting their response.
