We met with Councillor Newman and Paul Thistle from the City (who heads up waste management) are putting together a report to present to the Council in June 2022.  We have a follow-up meeting with Councillor Newman in April to verify status of the report.  Your support is going a long way to address the matter.

They have indicated that only a few townhomes that have "laneways" are being impacted right now.  So for example Phase 1 and 4 aren't being impacted, but Phase 2 and 3 that have laneways rather than roads are being impacted with private pick-up and condo corp requirements.  

They are reviewing two primary issues:

1. Zoning by-laws that would be impacted
2. Agreement between City and Highmark Homes
