My puppy Rollo, an American Pitbull Terrier, is a beloved member of our family. He is well taken care of, fully vaccinated, and neutered. Every time we step outside, Rollo is safely on a leash. Despite my dedication to ensuring his safety and the safety of others, the current animal control by-law in Mistissini, QC, Canada, identifies Rollo's breed as prohibited, threatening his presence in our home.
