What's going on Change.org?

I don't get what they hold up is. I don't get why the lawmakers I've listed aren't responding? I got 730 signers here expecting over a thousand hopefully soon I just don't get why nobody has responded. Is change even calling them like they said they would? Do I have to call them? How many more signers will it take to get these people to respond? I just don't know what's going on.
