GA supreme court vs state constitutional amendment.

I guess GA could do it like Pennsylvania did and just get their state supreme court to abolish "open field doctrine" but the only problem with that would be if the state supreme court can abolish "open field doctrine" then the same future state supreme court can reinstate it . It is so much better to go the route of "state constitutional amendment" no state supreme court can screw with a state's constitutional amendments and they are very difficult to try and overturn.
