The revelation of such confidential information has unnecessarily complicated my work life, similar to revealing that one is attending job interviews, an act that would be unacceptable in any other industry.

The current procedure puts drivers like myself in a difficult position - we are unable to freely pursue employment opportunities without risking our current employment status. The need for change is evident. This is not a call to abolish driving assessments but to establish a method that respects the confidentiality of drivers seeking to explore job possibilities.

The solution could be as simple as having assessors use an 'assessors card' specifically for recording the vehicle's activities during the test, thereby preserving the privacy of the assessment for the driver.
