Santa Clara Citizens want real charter change.  We want a charter provision similar to City of Los Angeles which allows City Council to suspend indicted council members.  Anthony Becker has brought shame to Santa Clara by his felonius actions.  Keep elected chief and clerk, adopt provisions for ethics and suspension of unethical politicians like Becker.
