THIS PETITION IS TO EXPOSE THE CORRUPTION/MANIPULATION AMONGST SHORT SELLERS IN AMC ENTERTAINMENT HOLDINGS.

For the years 2021 & 2022 retail investors have been lied to & stolen from. From abnormal counts of FTD’s to several glitches in stock price & data! Previously the issues that occurred in 2021 are continuing to occur but at a much larger scale. The previous share recall (June 2021) stated 90% of this stock was owned by retail investors & was previously stated on March 1st 2022 by the CEO “Adam Aaron” himself during the company’s earnings announcement that retail currently owns 90% (Excluding ETF). This leaves 10% & I believe it is only right for a retail investor like myself or anyone with half a brain to realize that the stock price drop from the previous recall date to now (well over 100%) doesn’t add up. If you haven’t gotten a wiff of fish yet just keep reading. AMC FF=515M RETAIL OWNERSHIP= 463.5M, INSTITUTIONAL OWNERSHIP (according to NASDAQ) = 176M, 463.5M + 176M = 639.5M Absolutely pathetic. The stuff seen on a daily basis is absolutely disgusting & everyone who signs this agrees, the main focus is on AMC but this occurs all throughout the stock market. Blatant price manipulation on a daily basis stands out & I as a YouTuber fact check & fact check until I hit brick walls day in & day out. Glitches from Short Interest being at 40% to the hundreds back to 19, I mean come on just with this stock? There’s plenty more, just go on YouTube and type AMC… or AMC MANIPULATION… you’ll see a handful of facts provided to you by the smartest retail investors who dedicate they’re time & money into an unfair market.
