Sometimes in the course of event there are certain acts that have tremendous affects sometimes for the good and sometimes for the bad. We here in the USA have been hearing a lot about animal cruetly in your country

I understnd that the Covid 9 epidemic has many people scared all over the world, but I want to bring to the attention about one particular case of a young student torturing cats and it has gone viral he was expelled from school,

but it's not enough, this man has to be brought to justice and China has to show the world that they care about Animal rights  try to see that criminals begin with animals and then graduate to killing people. 

Please show the world your humanity as you already have in these dificult times
