After seeing an offer on moto g tubo edition placed an order for purchase of Moto g turbo edition at a price of ₹4,999 today. I have tried placing an order but not made from my mobile, so taken the hep of my freinds mobile placed an order successfully after a several failures and lot of trails.Payment is made and accepted by amazon.suddenly, after a few hours there are news in media regarding the moto g fake publicity stunt made by amazon. I have surprised by seeing the news but trusting on the name of amazon ignored the news. Later when I check for the order status my order was cancelled without my consent and while I have asked regarding my oder cancellation and regarding the amount of₹4,999 the answer from the customer care is "auto cancellation of all orders with the promo code and refund takes 2-4 business days ".i dont know why refund takes that much of time when payment was accepted in 2-3 minutes. By this kind of publicity stunts its wasting time and money of the users. Assume,5000 people like me all over india made the order.then the situation is.. 1. It increases the net traffic to the site. 2.A huge amount of mobile data waste. 3.the turnover of this kind of one false offer quote they can make amount of nearly amounting ₹2.50 crores. 4. As the payment will be refunded after 2-4 days later. So a good amount of interest can be earned. 5. As we have already reached month end and also the financial year end it also helps the target figures. 6. Whenever they feel there is a huge response for any offer they can simply take this as a best way ,simply say as a technical issue and escape from fulfilling the orders Moreover I have spent my time,money and effort for placing the order. How amazon is going to repay for all the efforts and investments made? For confirming from the executive also I have invested my time. Not only this I have suggested my Friend's also to purchase and get benefited from the offer. LEGAL EFFECTS: 1.This in is a clear evidence of cheating made by the Amazon india. 2.Breach of contract act, Once after accepting payment cancelling the order without consent of buyer. 3. Violation of Information technology act as they are conveying it as a technical issue which states there are no proper controls placed. 4. Regarding Payment refund which is a clear violation of sales act because payment accepted in minute and refund taking 2-4 days without a valid reason. 5. This kind of cancelling and not fulfilling the orders will clearly fall with in the regulations of consumer protection act. End but not the least So, many users of amazon are made fools due to this kind of fake offers and a cheap publicity stunts. In a country like india, where e- commerce is growing these kind of cancelling order's sets a false view in the minds of people and affects not only amazon but also the entire e- commerce of india. Note: Above I have taken 5000 orders only as an example but in reality the order may be more than one can expect because amazon is having a good number of users and the offer is regarding a moto g turbo edition which is a superb model at an offer price of ₹4,999/- I am not only considering from my side I am raising my voice from all those who had invested their time , money and got fools at the end.
