I have been a regular customer of Amazon.in for the past three years, but now a days Amazon which does its shipments through its own subsidiary Amazon Transportation Services are highly irresponsible and careless in their delivery, despite numerous complaints and issues raised by the customer fraternity.

Most of the customer who prepay for the products , feels that Amazon is playing with their money. Amazon is showing a we don't care attitude in their services.

What we need:

We need an option to choose a courier agency and we are ready to pay for its services like India Post or Blue Dart or DTDC so that we can talk to some one who thinks its their duty rather than some Amazon Customer Care Executive who don't know anything
