The Issue
Book and comic book collectors really care about the state of their books and they like shopping at Amazon because of its fast shipping and great prices. However, Amazon's packing policies are totally inconsistent. Sometimes they protect their books using bubble wrap or shrink-wrapping them to a piece of cardboard bigger than the item itself, but most of the time, like 90% of the time, they just put 5 or 6 air pillows above the books, not even protecting any of the sides. As a result, comic books, specially big Omnibus editions, arrive in very bad shape.
Plus, Amazon could save a lot of return/refund money if they made using bubble wrap, peanuts, brown paper and/or shrink wrap a company policy!
