Amazon should have credible phone support for Brand Registry

The Issue

Amazon third-party sellers are the lifeblood of Amazon.com and Private label Brand Owners are the most responsible for the explosive growth on Amazon. Having Brand Registry is a must for Private Label Sellers, but most feel support for this is extremely lacking or non-existent.

The email-only nature of this support means issues are missed and tickets have to be opened 2-5 times before the issue gets fixed, wasting both the seller and Amazon’s time. The result is ASINs miscategorized, brands listed incorrectly, images changed without authorization, and much more. 

The solution is simple and will reduce the stress and time taken to solve issues for both Amazon and the Brand Owner/Seller. Having high-level phone support with reps that understand and are empowered to fix issues would save Amazon and Third-party sellers Millions of dollars per year.  Please provide phone support for Brand Registry issues. #BrPhoneSupport #workWithUsAmazon
