Okay guys, lets be honest here. People are saying family friendly for LOTR. Now I will concede with the hobbit and say sure, family friendly. But can we take a moment to remember that LOTR is a movie about war strife and turmoil through a fantasy land in which we see decapitation and lots of violence. This isn't suitable for children from the get go and not what I'd call family friendly. I love it this way.

Up until this point, there has been no nudity in the movies. This does not mean it does not exist. Every human came from sex. Without further looking into the breeding of other spices, I can only assume that some of them have sex too and in a world where violence and war are rampant, why is nudity so bad? 

This is a petition to start moving people in a direction in which they can start to normalise our bodies and the supposed "shameful" act of sex and allow a company to make their series and take on the Tolkien world without fan intervention which may cause shorter episodes/missing content. This is not to be a children's show in the first place and should not be censored by those unable to cope with nudity.

Tolkien may not have had nudity in his books but that does not mean it did not exist in his world, just that for the stories he wrote about, it was not required. Amazon is writing its own story following the brush stroke of Tolkien but allowing for their own creative flair. Take a stand today in allowing amazon to make their series, their way.
