They have started the work to widen the entrances of the fields... 

I have my meetings tonight and have been on the phone all day reaching out to Lawyers who might know environmental issues, unfortunately there are none in Athens so I will broaden my search to Columbus. I also have emailed to the President of Ohio University to try and get his help in shutting this down. Oh, and I called to a local appraiser to get his opinion on property values if this happens...
